MAYO THE PROJECT is a retrospective, a snapshot of the present, and a look toward the future. Presented at Curuna Ardez, the exhibition brings together recent works with selected early pieces, alongside works by Heidi Bucher, Carl Bucher, and Seraina Feuerstein.

Working across collage, installation, and architectural intervention, MAYO explores public space, cultural identity, perception, and memory. With poetic lightness and subtle humor, the work resists fixed definitions while opening new perspectives on space and the ways we experience it.

The accompanying publication MAYO THE PROJECT spans more than three decades of work and includes essays by Elisabeth Bronfen, Sabine Schaschl, Remo Halter Casagrande, Manfred Eicher, Ina Bucher, MAYO, and the exhibition’s curator.
